Residential buildings facades on the Shagal residential complex

Plot 2.12 of the Shagal residential district belongs to the River Quarters, located along the waterfront. According to the urban design concept by KCAP, a riverside theme is meant to be reflected in the façade design. The finishing elements are inspired by river imagery - sails, reeds, and piers. The ground floors are finished in natural marble and granite, while the typical floors are executed in light-colored architectural concrete. Buildings with horizontal elements alternate with those featuring vertical elements. Thanks to this approach, there is no sense of monotony - each side of the courtyard faces a different building.
