Neva Towers in Moscow City got a LEED Gold certification. It is the first and the largest apartment building which got this status.

This house made entirely of local wood - structure, exterior and interior. The key theme of this house is the natural self-sufficiency of the wood, which is still the most affordable building material in Russia.
