Hotel complex with apartments, concert hall & spa

The site is located on a natural hill that can be reached from the center of Kislovodsk via a terrenkur route passing through the Kislovodsk National Park. The main idea of the project is to integrate the architecture seamlessly into the landscape while treating nature with care.

The Amber Gate

The Amber City residential complex is one of the redevelopment projects in the former industrial area located beyond Moscow’s Third Ring Road near Begovaya metro station. We proposed an original masterplan that transformed two clusters of towers into ceremonial propylaea, gave the complex a recognizable silhouette.
